There is even an instruction on how to find the light switch in the bathroom -- many might not think to do that. We walked the river walk and enjoyed some of the restaurants around. "Property was in a great part of town- walkable distance to riverwalk, restaurants and downtown. Neighborhood was safe, clean and welcoming. Studio was originally rented for just for two of the family members but four stayed comfortably. Beds are newer and comfortable- made a difference in quality of stay. Studio has new and fresh standard amenities. Having direct access to laundry room was a huge benefit to the stay."

"My husband and I were in town for a friends wedding and I was so lucky to have found this listing! The owner was so pleasant and welcoming! As we approached the caboose were were both so excited to see how ever this could be converted to a little studio but oh my!! It was literally perfect!! The host had coffee and tea and such thoughtful touches. I would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting VC"

"The host was always receptive to all messages at any given moment. Nice little place for our family to unwind and take part in our family’s wedding that weekend. Location was perfect for where everything was at in Reno."

"Not a good neighborhood to stay in town, but that’s just secondary. The property wasn’t clean. Dirty bed sheet and no extra one to replace. Dog hairs all over the couch. It didn’t get clean up before we check in."

The condo was in great enough shape, we just experienced some distracting issues with the space (that were likely out of the complete control of the owner). It would have been perfect had we just not had to deal with a repeated cigarette smoke smell in the master from a neighbor (it was strongest in the master and not really present in the 2nd room), no wall light switch in one of the rooms, and the ceiling attic/vent door...
