We rented adjacent rooms, which worked out perfectly and gave us the ideal balance of togetherness and individual space. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to public transportation, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient for everyone. The rooms themselves were a highlight – clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was attentive, nice, and genuinely helpful. We particularly appreciated their flexibility with our late check-in at midnight; they accommodated us without any hassle, which was a huge relief after a long journey. The breakfast spread was another pleasant surprise. There were so many options to choose from, and everything was delicious, providing a great start to our busy days. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, whether you're a family, a couple, or traveling solo. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to book here again! "

"Asked for the food heat up. Klara clara refused saying she would put poison in it not to guarantee the safetry ofnthr service. Asked for the policy and Manager which never showed up. See how the horrible employee can ruin your holiday "

"Beautiful apartment "

"When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from Expedia to cancel this reservation, but the hotel never responded to Expedia. On the fourth day, I ran out of toilet paper. I notified the hotel and was informed that they only provide one roll. !! This was not disclosed ahead of time and all the toilet paper was in the bathroom for each of the 4 guest rooms to use. There was also no WiFi even though it was advertised to have it. The front door to the apartment was often left wide open and unlatched, which is a huge safety concern. I definitely do not recommend this property. "
