"Great house and great location. Sherwin made everything seamless and answered any and all questions. The beach at the house was stunning. The house had everything for our family of 5. Our host helped make reservations from the airport with taxi’s and ferry as well had a golf cart at the dock for us. Great grocery store very close by and a few restaurants worth eating at. Very laid back island. "

"We came with our kids and grandkids and had the best 10 days! The location of the house to the beach was fantastic. The beach is a giant sandbar that you can walk forever and never find the end of. It was shallow and glorious on hot Bahama days. Having a pool at the house when we were done at the beach was even better! When we were done in the sand and salt, the pool was a welcome afternoon activity. We loved the outdoor shower and used it daily. Rachel and her son were welcoming and on top of anything we needed while we were there. The only negative is the bedroom/great room upstairs. It's not a room at all, but a landing that is open to the rest of the house with curtains for privacy. We had a one year old with us and that was the only area big enough for the pack and play and mom and dad, but did not serve well during naps or bedtime. The lack of an actual fourth bedroom could be stated clearer on the listing for people travelling with kids or wanting more privacy. Other than that we couldn't have asked for a better house or a better place to spend our vacation."

"No coffee in the morning was a disappointment. Windows didn't fully close so we listened to street noise until late. "

"This is our second stay at Rake N Scrape, and we are already looking to plan our next vacation there. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the beach is peaceful. The property manager, Vince, was so nice and met us at the docks, made sure we knew everything about the house, and brought us the most delicious mangoes. Spanish Wells is a beautiful island, and we look forward to visiting it again. "

"From the questions I had prior to booking, the arrival, to checking on us throughout the trip, and the departure process April was TOP NOTCH! I have never stayed at a vbro so clean and with every detail taken care starting from when we stepped off the plane! April had all taxi’s arranged and quick guide around town as well as the house. Every detail was taken care of and there wasn’t anything we needed. Our Bahamas trip was everything I expected and more!! 10 out of 10 would stay there again or at any property April owns!"

"The owner's Tyman And April were super nice and very accomodating. The House " Paradise Found" was over the top very nice accomodation, beautiful Island Vide , Excellent condition and very comfy. The Island Sp. Wells was awesome, the beaches sunsets and sunrise gorgeous ! The Tyman adventures / charters will be great life time memories. Shane was awesome on the Island tour swimming with the Turtles, Stingrays, reef snorkling and cliff diving. Ruben on the reef fishing was absolutly top notch and very very knowledgable about the local fishing spots. We caught amazing fish including a 15 pound Mutton Snapper that really was exciting and challenging. We were able to transport the Fish back to FL and now we can't wait to go back ! We'er Hooked ! Highly recommend this property and Tyman Adventures. "
