"I love the size of the apartments, they are a little dated but perfect in every other way. The noise from people walking and moving chairs on floor above annoying. A drying rack for clothes you don’t want in the dryer would be appreciated"

The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
