"We spent 5 days there it’s very welcoming Clean . The only thing is I’m not a great sleeper and wished they had a curtains between the bed and sitting area . I had to sit in the dark not to bother my husband. lol They have a great breakfasts buffet’ you have to pay but a lot to offer."

"The home was very lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. It provided a lot of room for our family and large back yard for our dog. Katie and Nick were gracious, kind and easy to work with and acccess. My entire family was impressed with all positive reviews. We would most definitely stay again and recommend to others. It is in a good location close to downtown Beaufort and also Parris Island where my son graduated from Marine boot camp. It is ideal for families traveling for Marine family week."

"This was not my first visit and will not be my last. Beautiful, well appointed, well stocked home. Comfortable all around, inside and out. Excellent hostess communication. Absolute best shower ever! Had some severe storms and felt so safe in this well-built home. That is not always the case with short term rentals. My little scruffy terrier and I really enjoyed the cozy, screened back porch and the huge, well fenced in back yard."

"The house is in a great location, well laid out, and very well stocked. They have everything that you would typically have at home. Kitchen is large and an open layout with living area so cook meals and hang with your people. They even have baskets full of snacks for you and a fridge with sodas and waters. The owner is very responsive and flexible. The HVAC in the house works well so you are comfortable. The only negatives I experienced are the jet tub didn’t work and the home could use some landscaping love. The tub is very large and still relaxing even without the jets so not a huge deal. When I arrived the grass and hedges were overgrown. The lawn guy came and cleaned that up on the last day we were there. The back yard could use some love. Patio weeds and old potted plants could be cleaned up to make that a nicer area. There are so many positives to offset the small negatives that this property still gets 5 stars. Would stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at your home. It was the perfect place, close enough to walk to the stores and amazing restaurants. It was very clean and comfy. The Host was amazing. We had to contact her concerning an issue. She reponded quickly, and took care of the problem. We would stay here again, again, and again. We love the area."

"Loved the cottage! Close to so many restaurants. We even used the state park pass they left for guests to enjoy Hunting Island, which was so much fun! Wonderful place to stay and explore Beaufort!"
