"When I arrived, I was told my room wasn't available because someone extended their stay. Had nothing else available except for a room with a door that would not lock. Was told by hotel desk that was all she could offer me, but it's a 'relatively safe property'. Did not have another option to stay elsewhere. Asked for a discount, but was told nothing could be done. Could not leave my bags in room because door was broken and couldn't not be locked from the outside. Room 216"
