"We stayed here for a couple of nights for a long weekend exploring the Yorkshire Wolds. The location is great, being close to a few larger towns like Driffield and Pocklington, but also close to some amazing walking including a stretch of the Yorkshire Wolds Way. The room was really lovely, the staff friendly, and the food and beer fantastic. We will definitely stay again when we're next out this way! "

"Lovely country pub. Large comfortable bedroom. Beautiful outdoor seating area/gardens. Had a couple of great local beers but did not eat. Super friendly landlord and locals."

"Great place to stay In York when travelling with a car. Great parking and the staff are wonderful. Beautifully located close to old town and within easy walking distance to all amenities. Definitely recommend "
