"I was concerned after reading other reviews, but my experience was very positive. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Ziggo Dome arena and it was only a 20 minute, very pleasant stroll to the arena - also convenient for the Johan Cryuff arena for football matches. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. I was on the first floor, overlooking the main road, but the room was really quiet. Internet access was great. I found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also very good in my opinion, with plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet. The area is very commercial and there is a lot of construction ongoing, but I was staying over the weekend, so I can’t comment on noise as a result of building work or traffic noise. As I ate at the arena, prior to the concerts I attended, I cannot comment on the eating options in the area. I would definitely stay at the Ozo again, if I was attending another concert at the Ziggo Dome. "

"We just had one night here, but the family room was extremely spacious, just like the photos. Beds comfortable. Mini fridge, 2 large bottles of mineral water supplied. Kettle. Very clean, large shower room. Almere itself is a modern town but felt safe and clean, the Grote Markt square was very happening, with numerous restaurants and bars around it. Close to station, some reviewers even used it as a base for Amsterdam."

"Best hotel if you’re going to a concert in the Ziggi Dome, can’t beat the location literally next door. Online and app check in was not worth it or available but check in was efficient. Room walls and blinds a bit run down but shower was great and had a good sleep. Restaurant was slow (busy) but very good. Not sure if area is safe at night towards metro station but I’d stay again at this hotel for an event."

"Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Seating outside next to a small canal, nice place to have a drink in the evening and watch the world go by. Easy access to train station which enabled us to make travel all over the Netherlands. Can't fault this quirky hotel."
