"Had some issues with air con cause of the time of year but staff worked tirelessly for solution offered alternatives and eventually got it working. Their efforts were much appreciated "

"The bed was very comfortable the shower was great. You can act use the elevator for the gym or the morning breakfast because the button to go back upstairs does not work so as a handicap person it was a great difficulty to get into the basement and then stuck. The restaurant no longer serves breakfast you can only do the hotel breakfast which is not good at all and is extremely expensive. It is all ok for the winter price but I certainly would never pay for the summer stay at their summer rates. And there are floors of the hotel that have not been refurbished were the beds and showers are terrible so you have to make sure to get on the refurbished floor."
