"Although compact Lighthouse Chalet is well equipped with lots of extras included. Chalet was nice, bright and clean, neighbours were all friendly and delightful. Guest Information folder has many places to visit nearby and we also used the hospital when one of my children injured themselves. The only thing I missed was a washing machine or on site laundry facilities with mountains of washing to do we used outdoor washer/dryer facilities at the petrol station in Kessingland, which was expensive...

"This was our second time staying at The Cannons and this time brought my parents. We love it here. Perfect location and a great space for two couples. This is a firm favourite for us & no doubt we’ll be back again. "

It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). "Hotel was lovely, friendly staff. The was food was lovely and there was plenty of it. Great location on the beach. The only downside to the hotel was the bathrooms need updating. Shower is over a high bath. The water pressure was terrible, the shower was old. Mould round shower glass. "
