The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. My 9 year old daughter never wanted to get out of bed. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive. "Everything is relative, but this is the first hotel in a long time that I’ve been pleasantly surprised by. Staff was great, room was big and quiet, breakfast was edible with some great treats. I don’t write reviews but this place a good and the first time I’ve been happy with an hotel after months on the road for work. "

"This hotel was wonderful. Comfortable beds at the end of a very long drive. They upgraded us to a nicer room which was very sweet of them. My kids loved it and wanted to stay an extra night there. "

"Curtains were ripped, cobwebs up in corners of main room and when we first entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke. We would love to have been able to swim but the pool was closed for maintenance. Employees were friendly and helpful. Some family members that booked a room had to go elsewhere because there was no elevator. Two were elderly and could not do stairs and no more first floor rooms were available. "

"Beautiful location excellent staff and service gorgeous setting. Our rooms are a great deal for the price. I got a room with a Riverview. And the restaurant the food was decent. Decent wine list. The fireplace in the lounge is really fun. We played some board games and went on a walk. Gorgeous place. it was rainy, but we still enjoyed ourselves. It’s a really good value for the price point would definitely stay again. "
