"The hotel was ok. Walls were paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbors said and did. The setting of the hotel is not conducive for older people. Parking and stairs are challenging. We went to go to the roof top bar. The music was so loud we decided not to stay and went somewhere else for a drink. Front desk staff were very nice!!"

"When I booked this property, the total was $143 as I stayed for one night. When I got there, they tacked on another $100. The room was great and well stocked and had everything i needed. I wish the pool was a bit more clean in the morning. The deck was fine, but the actually pool was a bit dirty. This however would not stope from staying here another night. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the hotel had an airport shuttle which came in handy."

"My room was clean, comfy and had a balcony overlooking the bay and it was very nice. When I checked in, Sean was the counter worker and he was awesome and very helpful. Since the elevator was out of service, he carried my bags up to my 4th floor room. Although I did not use the pool, it was clean. I had lunch at the restaurant and it was disappointing. I was seated at my table and my server was Ioani S. He gave me water and disaapeared. He never asked if I wanted aything else to drink. He finallt came back 10 plus minutes later to get my order. I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad ($30 is WAY too expensive). I was given my food. I ate and sat at the table a good half our plus, even after I was done eating. Ioani S NEVER once came over to ask if eveything was ok, or if I wanted anything else. I waited another 15 minutes after I was finished eating for him to come by with my check which he never did. I went up to bar to cash out. He never said tip was already included until I asked what the service charge was but he said I could give an additional tip too. I was taken aback by his rudeness. Your bartender Chelsea was amazing. I went down later in the evening to sit and she was very courteous, kind and we chatted the whole time I was there. The manager Vlad was also very kind. Your server Ioani S is just rude and not very friendly."

"This place was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Definitely a 5 STAR RESORT!!!! Resort was spotless!! Accommodations in great taste!!! Every staff encounter from valet to housekeeping was a pleasant experience. Only downside $65 for parking was a little too much!!"

"There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling, the lamps were rusted,, AC didn't cool the room below 73 even though it was set to 60. Shower was rusty, unclean, no bodywash and only 2 towels . There were a lot of sketchy people a few doors down from our room. A homeless man came into the lobby for breakfast. Only way to get ice was to go into the lobby then go upstairs, I was in the very back of the property in a totally different building. Their breakfast was toated items, mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal. Not the buffet they tried saying was included. Overall this has been the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Will never return to this place."
