It was my first time staying in this hotel and I have to admit I feel like it’s a lot better than the Hard Rock Hotel. The room was big and all the options you had, cook food, big fridge, great bathroom and living room. I love it. The pool was nice to swim and just watch the sunset. We had an issue with uncomfortable mattress. They IMMEDIATELY brought in a new one!! People wonderful, great value for this!! We've stayed at May-Dee Suites many time and wonderful each time.

Short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. Round trip to and from the airport and sea port was great and very professional. Was very quiet and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The only thing is something I see happen all the time but only from the male employees. Please don't say out loud anyone's room number. Quiet, clean, close and convenient to the airport and restaurants/stores.

The hotel is very nice. The only thing I think that is incorrect is how close all the restaurants are located. There are restaurants close by if you want to jay walk on a big highway. If you go down to the crosswalks and walk to the restaurants it is more like 15 minutes walk to restaurants not 5. The hotel itself is nice.

Excellent customer service (fast check-in & check-out experience), clean room, good location on Main Street in Miami Lakes nestled in a safe residential community with walking distance to shops and restaurants and has nice grounds and landscaping.
