Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island

4/10 Poor

"We stayed here last year and thought it was nice. This time, the check in clerk put us in a room that had problems. When we opened the door, humid air poured out of the room. It smelled like someone had thrown up in there and someone had just recently tried to clean it. We asked for (and received) a different room. I don’t understand why that clerk put us in that room. There were plenty of rooms available. The breakfast was fairly typical. The food quality was institutional grade."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. When we needed a change in pillows they responded quickly and hassle free. Breakfast was well stocked and offered different options each day. Really liked the fresh coffee brewing stations available 24 hours a day. Close to nice restaurant options on main plaza in Covington. Our room was comfortable and we were able to rest undisturbed. Would recommend a stay here when traveling to Cincinnati."
