"The room was clean and had a neutral smell (no harsh cleanser or perfume smell), and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and considering I have serious back and hip problems, that's high marks! The staff were all very professional, helpful, and friendly. I don't drink, but I went down and got a burger at the bar for dinner and it was great, as were the fries. "

"If you like old school but pristine old school you can't beat this motel. To some, motel has become a word that'll make you cringe but not this one as the ownership has not only kept up this place through the years, it's uniquely modernized the insides to make the experience full circle. Trust me when I tell you that I grew up on 1970's style motels for vacations and this place has a character to match most hotels! You could NEVER be sorry staying here! Believe that!"

"I want to sincerely thank the team at Hotel Glendale for making my stay feel so special during a really transitional time in my life. Kae from the Front Desk Guest Relations team and Bri from Housekeeping Team have both shown such genuine kindness and care. The way they carry themselves and the warmth they share truly makes a difference—it’s the kind of hospitality that makes someone feel seen and welcomed, not just like another guest passing through. For me, the value of a hotel stay has never been about price or luxury, but about the feeling a place gives you. Hotel Glendale has a warmth and comfort that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. While I’ve briefly explored a few other hotel properties during this time after experiencing a house fire and searching for my next home, it’s made me realize how special this place really is. Even being at a beachfront property on a high floor right now, I still find myself thinking about the cleanliness, care, and heart that exists at Hotel Glendale. The thoughtful details around the hotel,the vending machines on each floor, the fresh H₂O station, and the latte machines, are small touches that make the experience even more comforting. "One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."

"bathroom apparently share's access with other unit units but no lock on door separating unit. bedsheets and pillows were hairy. Carpet was filthy. Could not sleep in bed, checked out before 1 AM. Wish I had left earlier."
