"Perfect stay in primrose ! "

"We adored our room at our stay in sand bar cottage. It had two rooms and a sitting area and was plenty of room for my husband and me with our adult daughter. Everything in the town was within walking distance. Acadia was a short drive away. The breakfasts were delicious and always allowed choices from two amazing options. "

My sister and I were filled with gratitude for the warm welcome and care that Gail shared with us along with her wonderfully delicious gourmet breakfasts. "We got to stay here for the Monday evening after re-opening on Saturday 5/25/2025. The renovations are absolutely gorgeous, and staff is friendly! Even though we got in early they were nice enough to accommodate us with an upgrade! I would absolutely go back, food was delicious and everyone was kind. 10/10 would recommend "

"I went by this place 5 years ago on another trip and said to myself cool, I’m staying there the next time. I was not disappointed! The breakfast’s were so unique, delicious and Anna serviced them up hot with a smile. Oh people say it’s too far from town, soooo! You just drive down to the visitor center at Hull’s Cove pay to park, it’s good for a week, and take the Island Explorer bus to downtown or other stops. I definitely will stay at Coach Stop Inn again wonderful experience!"

"The property is rustic but nice. There is a bathroom with shower on 1st and 2nd floor but the water pressure in the house does not sustain use of both at the same time. The main kitchen refrigerator was not working during our stay. There are minifridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor but it would have been nice to have working main floor fridge."

"Normally my wife and I are not big bed and breakfast people. However, Harbour Cottage had some of the best reviews in the Acadia National Park area. We gave it a try and we are so glad we did. The Inn Keeper, Arlo, was very helpful with advice on trails. The Owner, Don, was friendly and helpful with tour and restaurant recommendations. The Inn is located on the "quiet side" of the island, which was a blessing for us because we were able to avoid the bustle of Bar Harbor in the mornings and...

"Apartment was wonderful for my family and dogs. Very private road to walk the dogs, and apartment was very clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. "We found the Beehive tiny house impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. A comfortable home base for exploring Acadia, the Carriage Trails, and all the area had to offer. Checkin was smooth with excellent communication. Such a peaceful, quiet spot to enjoy nature and the simple things. Will come again!"

"What a charming place!!! We rented 7 of their 12 Cottages and Motel Units and had a wonderful week! They provide everything you'd expect PLUS more like Wood/Lighters and Fire starters - or a propane gas firepit if you prefer. Plenty of outdoor space!! The motel units are JUST as spacious and charming as the stand alone cottages - each is well Appointed and remodeled so nicely! Comfy beds, luxurious bedding and well stocked kitchen - we cooked all week! Location is perfect just between Bar Harbor...
