"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. "

"The group was two families of 4, each with 1 and 5 year old children. The pool and hot tub area was used every day. Most days were warm but the pool heat was still nice to have. The gas grill and ample and new outdoor furniture were also appreciated. The screen around the pool area kept most of the bugs out.
