"Had a great one night stay in a small double room. Staff very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Room was not a bad size for a small double, bed was comfortable. En-suite was compact, water pressure not great for the shower. Nice sized wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Breakfast was lovely with both cold options and full English. 10-20 minute walk to beach and main shopping area with plenty of food and drink options on route. Would definitely stay here again"

"Room was very clean and tidy. More than enough space for the two of us. Tea and coffee making machine in the room, as well as a mini fridge, which was unexpected, but very welcome. A variety of breakfast items are available as well as an option for full english. Hosts Richard and Karen were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again, and would thouroughly recommend staying at The Clarence."

"Everything about this property was lovely, the decor and garden were beautiful, bed comfy and good bathroom. The owners were warm and welcoming. Breakfast delicious. Nice quiet neighbourhood yet only a short drive to beachfront. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Only one slight criticism was the bedroom was very hot. Otherwise perfect. Definitely one to return to. "We were meet by lesley at the bungalow after letting her know rough time we would arrive. She had put the heater on to warm us up as it was wet and cold out. She showed us around it has everything you would need for a get away. Fresh clean towels nice fresh bedding on all the beds. Milk and water in the fridge,.She even managed to save us a trip to Weymouth to get gluten-free fish and chips by recommending a local place that delivered. And they were great fresh thick chips. Nice quite location...
