I received clear and precise directions that enabled me to get to the car park. I would otherwise STILL be driving around Carlisle. "

"Lovely traditional hotel in attractive well-kept grounds, with stunning views. Staff excellent, evening meals outstanding (different menu each day), breakfast average. Ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick with free parking. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

In particular a huge thanks to Ronnie and Amy who went out of their way to take time and assist us getting to a local wedding when all other taxi firms were unavailable due to storms and road closures..
