"We wanted to give our grandkids the experience of a train ride, the shuttle was not in Lamy, I would go to Albuquerque, NM instead. Lamy is not a manned Amtrak station, there is no one to help you if the shuttle does not show up, no numbers to call."

"I don’t remember booking an accessible room, but I wished the sink had been in the same room as the toilet and bathtub. There was still plenty of room for a wheelchair even if the sink had been in the same room. I hope next time I will make sure it is a regular room so everything will be where it should be. The breakfast and staff were amazing so I should have given a 5 star, but the room was awkward."

"I called three weeks before my reservation to cancel and was told there was no reservation under my name. Whether it was Expedia or Motel 6 who did not register me I don't know. I only know that I am fortunate I had to cancel, rather than showing up for the busiest weekend of the year in Santa Fe only to be turned away! It is impossible to report this to Expedia. Double and Triple check your reservations in person with the hotel! Do not trust Expedia. "
