"Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was great. Laura and Carlos made everything easy and carefree with the home. The pool was inviting, warm with plenty of floats. A private oasis with a perfect porch for breakfast and dinner, a well stocked kitchen with stove and large toaster oven. The only thing we were missing was a more time in the day to enjoy it all."

"Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good."

"This carriage house was everything we hoped for, It exuded charm and comfort, cleanliness, and everything we needed except the food. The proximity to the beach is priceless, and the association keeps everything clean and secure on the beach as well as the streets. We walked everywhere. One full day we went east of the panhandle and another day we went west. We need to go back so I could do nothing but sit on the beach and hang at the house. "My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in February. This was the perfect place to call home for what ended up being a cold, rainy and windy weekend! "The door frame to the condo needs to be replaced. It looked as if someone had busted in. Also, hang the wall art with a nail instead of Velcro strips, they would randomly fall off the wall."
