"The house is perfect for couples or large groups, with a well stocked kitchen, heaps of toiletries, comfy lounge chairs and a huge dining table. The two patios offer relaxed dining or sipping wine, both with views. This is the first time we have taken our deaf cattle dog on holidays, and it was perfect for him (as advertised). The back yard was securely fenced, and we could run him up and down the beach and indulge his passion for swimming. At night the only noise was the waves... sublime. The hostess has thought of everything. Many thanks."

"This is the second stay our team has had at the Lune Mill River House in a stunning location. Our comments from the previous review still applies, but in short - prepare for an old draughty house on the river side. Bring sleeping bags if you are sensitive to the cold. We set our expectations accordingly, and had a wonderful stay. All team members were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book again. Note: any location this remote is subject to power outages. We have not encountered this during our two stays, but we prepared for this by bringing our own portable 240V power station."
