"Overall the room was clean, recently remodeled & was a good deal for what we paid. Bed was very comfortable too. One complaint if I was being picky was that we only got 1 pillow each, and there were no others in the room, so it would’ve been nice to have an additional pillow (again being picky)! Also didn’t like that they required $100 up front, in case of incidents. I had to use debit card which meant waiting 5-7 days to get back deposit. But I did get my money back after 5 days."

"I was so pleasantly surprised! The furniture all seemed new, our room was spotless and we had a brand new kitchen and bath! There were chairs and a small patio to sit outside and we were right in a Marina. Very convenient to drive to Greenport and Orient Point. Southold is a very cute town and Greenport was even better. It’s right in the center of the North Fork wine Trail with a dozen beautiful wineries to visit.. perfect location!"

"I've stayed at lots of hotels in Old Saybrook and this is my favorite. The rooms are comfy. The staff is friendly. The management is conscious of indoor air quality (other hotels are not). I travel a lot for business and it's great to find a place I can get comfortable in. I've extended my stay here for these reasons."
