"Stay was great! Conveniently located near expressway, many restaurants within walking distance, perfectly suited for our overnight stay after show at the Fisher. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. Would stay again if in the area in the future. "

"They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously "

"My wife, 2 children (tween & teen), our dog, and myself all stayed for 3 nights. If you want to be close to Comerica Park, Ford Field, the Fox Theater, Little Ceasars Arena, etc. then this is the place for you. Basically 2 blocks to any of those. You absolutely can not beat the location. The basement studio apartment is great. Way bigger than a hotel room, plus you get a full kitchen. There's also a laundry and gym room down there that you can use. He has the basement of a huge house divided...

"This property was perfectly located if you are attending any venue in the area. We were able to walk to our destinations and avoid driving and spending extra money on parking. The house was clean and well lit. Felt very secure at this location. Rooftop patio was spacious and outdoor lighting set the ambiance. The parking lots around the property have surveillance but recommend parking structure for overnight parking, cheaper. Sunday nights do allow overnight parking in front of building for free...

"My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep."

"Nestled between downtown Plymouth and Old Town Plymouth (walking distance to both), this apartment was everything we could have asked for as we were able to visit friends without needing a car."

"First time to Detroit, went with my wife and 5 year old son. It was enough space for the 3 of us and we didn't mind the stairs. Could have been cleaner as there were spider webs by the bed and hair on the bathroom wall. The neighborhood was interesting. Only 9 min to downtown which was nice. Bed wasn't real comfortable. Host was very good at communicating and left a nice welcome gift."

"Three of us stayed for the weekend, and were pleased with this apartment. It is just as the photos show. We walked several places, anthers was lots to see in the area. We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful."

"The loft itself was amazing. Old but fine. Needs a little TLC in some areas but super cute! Bathroom tub needs replacing. Beautiful view of the sunset. Was quiet. The building however is awful. It stunk, Is very old, creepy even. Lots of stairs as I wouldn't take the sketchy elevator. If you can deal with that, the loft is wonderful."
