"The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...

"Second stay. Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. There 5 days..no housekeeping services. Had to request towels DAILY. One day none available..BUSY..SHORT STAFFED. Linen was NEVER changed during a 5 day stay."

"Rooms could use an upgrade ..quite tired, older furniture. Bed was fine but do not get a sofa bed! The engineer , Steve was very helpful as he couldn’t get air conditioning to work so recommended a different room that was larger and very cool and even brought us a rollaway cot which was 100% better than sofa bed for my granddaughter ."

"Hotel was ok, lots of things going on and very busy staff so you may have to wait a bit for requests to be processed. Rooms need some updating as things are starting to fall apart but it wasn’t the worst stay. 3/5"

"Candlewood suites is definitely a home away from home experience, It was inviting as soon as you enter the building, from the sweet aroma fragrance to the helpfulness from the staff. The rooms are so comfortable, and the large microwave, apartment size refrigerator, two eye electrical glass stove top, dishwasher, free laundry cleaning with multiple washers and dryers made the whole experience cost effective because you can cook instead of eating out daily and wash your laundry when needed....
