"The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. "The property is in the old industrial area. It is quite isolated from downtown. The area around the loft building and the common areas are old, rundown and somewht dirty. The building has a leaky roof. My bathroom kept on getting buckrtfuls of water from thr ceiling. The appartment itself is large although most lights appear to be burned out"

"The room was very cute and cozy, lives up to its name. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and i got a good nights sleep. Only issue i had was the lack of a railing at the third level landing, i have balance issues and the top stairs were difficult (but not impossible) to navigate. "
