We hiked some of the trails in the state park across the street and drove to the national park about 20 minutes away. Lovely place and thankful it was pet friendly so we could bring along our dogs! "Very cute, comfortable, and well put together cottage. Supplied with everything needed and some appreciated extras . Perfect location for all our hiking adventures from the south end to the north end of the park. Just 15 minutes from Bridge. Highly recommend the Bridge Walk! Hope to be back to the area with some friends and will stay at this cottage again!"

"The little house was exactly as described. It was very cute, spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and I’m picky about my bed! The train tracks are VERY close, but we enjoyed watching the trains go by. There were about 3 per night. The horns woke us but we were lulled back to sleep by the sound of the trains. The kitchen was well equipped but I suggest you bring your own spices if you plan to cook. The area is gorgeous and we were able to hike many trails throughout the park....

"The house was clean. All appliances in good working order. Check in was easy. Owner easy to communicate with. She even checked in with me to make sure I got home okay. She was great to work with. Will stay there again, if I am in the New River Gorge are. Located close to attractions and out door events."

"This cabin in Mount lookout West Virginia was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and well supplied. My friends and I came up for the weekend to enjoy some outdoor activities and could not have been more pleased. Communication with the host was outstanding and we had absolutely no problems checking in. It was very conveniently located right off the interstate in a beautiful little neighborhood. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this place it was beyond our expectation and we hope...

"This is the perfect spot to ride your ATV from. Gas station not too far away, can ride to the devil anse trail system and beyond plus the outlaw trails are nearby. Host was absolutely amazing, can't meet better or friendlier people. The oven had an issue and the host not only fixed it right away but heated up our dinner while they did. I highly recommend this place, new front porch is great for enjoying the mountain scenery."

"The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I was particularly pleased with the beds. They were very comfortable. There was everything we needed although bath mats for the showers would be nice. I was a little surprised that there wasn’t any soap for the showers, something we have found in other VRBO rentals. The host Roger, was very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly.
