"We arrived at 3am as the flight was delayed, I texted the front desk to let them know, the night manager responded. We were told the room was over booked and we were staying in the Sheraton across the road in New Orleans. Fortunately because I had let them know the situation they suddenly found us a room ….. free breakfast was comped the next morning, a nice gesture for the misinformed night staff that were working that evening! Overall the room amenities were good, comfy bed and pillows, blackout curtains and a lovey illuminated mirror in the bathroom, we only used the room to sleep and shower."

"We stayed in the older tower. Our room was not nice. Carpet was bad, toilet was so noisy, and walls need paint. For the money it was definitely not worth it. The staff was great. The garage for our car was great. The pool was full of bugs. It needs some attention"

"The hotel was charming, as expected. The only issue we encountered was room size - the room we were given was quite small (the bathroom in particular). The owner offered to move us from that Deluxe King room to a 2 Queen Balcony room which was much, much bigger, and had a balcony on Decatur to boot. No onsite bar or restaurant, but you're in the French Quarter so I think you'll make due."

"Only 1 floor had ice, which was 2 floors below us. For the price we paid , you would think it would have refrigerator. We had good interaction with the staff. First time in New Orleans. Getting around was pretty easy using the street car system."

"When we arrived we were met with a front desk attendant that was not welcoming or friendly. Had to ask if that was where I should check in since he just saw us and turned his back. I asked about concierge hours so we could plan our transportation around the city. He stated "The concierge hasn't been here for days and I don't know when they will be here." That implied to me that there was no concierge however, there was one in place at breakfast. Overall, I thought the hotel was adequate. They were responsive when our toilet needed a repair. The room was cleaned daily which was a bonus. Breakfast was very good for hotel food. The room was not cool enough at night. Next time I would spend extra money to stay closer to the French Quarter and avoid all the money for Lyft."

"This is a great place to stay in New Orleans. Very well located as it is easy walking distance to some of the different neighborhoods. I liked that it wasn’t in the French Quarter because then it was a bit quieter. The room was great. And was actually fairly quiet most of the time. The breakfast buffet was a good deal as well. Lots of options and way more than just a continental breakfast. The only things that weren’t great was that the pullout bed had a pretty bad mattress. And there was no cleaning during our five day stay. But maybe that was something we just needed to ask for. All the staff were really fantastic and super helpful and made us stay great. I would definitely stay here again."
