"The condo is located at the end of the complex so you have lots of windows to enjoy views. Really enjoyed being next to the river listening to the water flow for coffee in the morning or afternoon chillin. And it is so close to the Gondola station (5 min walk). Contacted the host multiple times for questions we had and she responded very quickly each time! The condo is nicely decorated. There is practically everything you need in the condo. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out.
