"I didn't like the bed. I told the owner that it swayed like a boat; it was awful at night whenever we moved. He replied that there was nothing he could do. It's only suitable for a single night. Condensation was dripping from the roof and getting everything wet. A shame."

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was fine. My only complaint was the broken towel rail in the bathroom. Not ideal to not be able to hang our towels and the pieces of the rail that were left on the door were dangerous. I didn't get the chance to advise of this when we checked out so I can only hope their cleaner's have brought it to management's attention."

"Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed & modern bathroom. Even though our room was at the front of the property near road, it was quiet enough. Plenty of free parking. There’s no lift, so ask for ground floor room if you can’t do stairs to 2nd level easily. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants nearby, as they don’t have their onsite restaurant open for breakfast Sun or Mon & no dinner Sat/Sun night. This was our 2nd visit as we like the quieter location but still close to city centre & parks."

Near The Rock One bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. Newly connected Foxtel allowed is to watch the AFL & NRL finals live. Lighting was dim but serviceable. We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood. I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during our stay Parking was first come, best position and narrow bays. Staff at checkin were pleasant. Two lifts became busy at times."
