"Location was good and centralized.. staff were friendly but short-handed.. tv and hair dryers didn't work, and carpets were really super dirty, .. air conditioning units didn't display temperature.. the breakfast especially the egg discs were horrible..."

"The individual at the front desk was unpleasant and unhelpful to my wife on the morning of check out, and when I went down to fetch the items, she was in the same mood. Later in the morning at check out, her day had apparently not gotten any better with the progression of guests. On the high side, I enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub area, but it did not appear to be cleaned overnight. I used the gym/work out space (they were quite strict about the time to go in), but again the place was not...

I never received a key and I ended up going to another hotel. the lady at the front desk assured me I would get a refund and took my name and number down and it didn’t happen so I’m very disappointed"
