"The check-in was handled very personably by a young blond woman with very long nails (I wish I could remember her name). She was delightful, going through all the details in a way that made us feel like we were special guests. Expedia made our stay notable by giving us a $15 gift certificate to us at the hotel store. Such a treat! Our only “complaint” would be that the mini fridge had a broken freezer compartment. However, after going to the front desk it was quickly remedied. Finally, the breakfast was excellent. Having the omelet station with the gentleman who let us pick our ingredients and how we wanted it cooked was wonderful. There was mixed fresh fruit in a bowl, bacon, sausage, hashed browns, and more. Even though it was buffet style, we had a server, Addie, who brought coffee and juice. Then she checked on us a couple of times, and we enjoyed chatting with her. The location is great being right on the river and next door to Telaya Wine Co., a very laid back, inexpensive place with a nice outdoor patio."

"The staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The outside of the building has a welcoming and clean aspect. The room is functional and probably clean. The exception to that was the chair pads at the room table were significantly stained and gave the appearance of filth."
