"Workers have low English proficiency . There was a challenge when trying to communicate with some of the workers. Although the reception and all other things were generally ok.They must improve in this regard. Some workers are good but only the one that I communicated with when I left the place"

We were shown to the room called "Pearl" which with a quick look round showed it to be unclean. There was a general damp smell about the room. "I did not stay at this property. It was a scam. The location and map provided did not match the actual location in Gaborone, which ended up being in a shanty town of the city. When contacted by phone, the person from the guest house said they were going to place me in ‘another location’ because they were full. This obviously sounded wrong to me, and I refused to stay. It was an unsafe choice, and I decided not risk it. I have contacted the Expedia team to let them know about this scam."
