Some confusion at checkin as I had given ALL the checkin info online including photo id, but she seemed unable to access some of it. Not a real problem. "Reaaon for check in status being low starred is because the code didnt work and it was freezing outside with my young child. Batteries just needed replacing so no biggie. Cleanliness is a 3 due to dirty cups in the cupboard and there was a lot dog hair. The quilt on the bed hadnt been washed and smelled of b.o.
