"House is beautiful! Host was amazing. Our truck battery was dead and it took us a while to replace it on checkout day. Host totally accommodated us AND offered to help but wouldn't let us pay extra for late checkout. Excellent experience, very kind man. Thank you!"

"This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. It is very aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The backyard is a perfect setting, with a fire pit right on the water. We sat out there and watched the big swans on the lake. The location was perfect. We attended the Michigan game and the travel to and from the stadium was short and no traffic. There were tons of places to eat that was close by. This property is at the top of my list of places to stay!!!"

"Pros - main areas mostly clean Nice neighborhood/location Nice washer/dryer/stove/refrigerator Cons - place is listed as “entire home” & the host rents out a small “treehouse” in backyard. Without disclosing in listing, Listing says private backyard Smart Thermostat doesn’t work correctly or host refused to take off remote settings. Most of our stay we were cold There are property managers & you’re asked to take their trash cans to the curb if you’re staying on a Sunday. Not a big deal,...

"We were fortunate that Michigan weather blessed us! Great location but the stairs to lower level are a challenge for elderly (we are 70 and 74). Next time we would go for upper level! Even so, they are pet friendly and we had a small dog so the space was great and gave her freedom contained by steps!! Would definitely recommend!"

"We wanted to find a place that would accommodate our boat and dog and woodchuck marina was above and beyond our expectations. Emily was wonderful!! So accommodating and has done a beautiful job renovating. Yard is fenced in which allowed our dog to be off leash outside. So nice. Beautiful home and yard with a relaxing hot tub after a day on Lake Erie. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us Emily (and Chief). You guys are awesome."

"The stay was lovely, and the property has a great location and vibe! There was a little confusion getting in, just because the listing doesn't make it look like there are 2 separate sructures (garage/hot tub/ large bedroom w/ mini bar up top and main house with kitchen/ pool table/ bedrooms/ living room down by the lake). However, the home itself is lovely, and in a prime location on the lake! Shower curtain and bath rugs up top weren't the cleanest, but the rest of the home was in great shape....

"It was a quiet neighborhood which was nice , Kristen was always available we had a few hiccups but she was ready and helped out in a timely matter . Only thing we suggest the beach access on the one side was across the street traffic is heavy especially on weekend area it self could use a little clean up . The access the other way you could get to the lake but not down to the water cause of the wall . But we enjoyed our stay ."
