"Overall we had a nice stay at Andre’s place. He communicated well. There was a nice herb garden and I enjoyed the koi Pond. He needs to update his photos. The dining table and chairs changed to a slab of granite along the wall and three chairs. The living room furniture is not the same as the pictures. However, he had the best living room seating. Comfortable leather recliners seating for six. I was warned by several Uber drivers that the neighborhood is not safe. We made sure we were in at night. There was no problem for us. I don’t believe the cleaning staff looks into the cabinets. All were messy. While the kitchen had some unexpected appliances not found in a rental, the kitchen needs some basic items. A spatula, tongs, and vegetable peeler. The pans need updating. The toilet on the first floor is very wobbly."
