"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent.
Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in.
A bit annoying that I couldnāt book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "
"This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "
"This is a gem at the high coast. The owner and her team take great care of every guest providing a grand hotel experience from long gone times. Everything has been exceptional, from the spa with view of the baltic sea to the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There is a public elevator that takes you down to the beach."
"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiĆ ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen groĆen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber auĆgerechnet an der groĆen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht ƶffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee.
