"The hotel staff are nice. Note that the hotel rooms open to the outside. It is two levels with no elevator. The room makes great use of space though. Ask the hotel directly about all of the taxes (there are several) & fees before booking - these are not all included in the Expedia price even though Expedia says they are. (As for the town itself, I found it to be very over-rated and the products, food & services to be low quality. You can see everything in a day or two. It is outrageously priced even for a resort town)."

"Hôtel d excellent rapport qualité prix..très propre... literie confortable...grande chambre avec frigo, micro ondes...dans le hall boissons chaudes dispos 24/24.. A 30-45 minutes du centre de Boston en voiture ( parking Common Garage 30$ la journée...) pratique quand on a juste une journée à consacrer à Boston"

"We enjoyed having a glass of wine by the fire pit in the courtyard area, and the adjoining restaurant for breakfast. Our primary interest was proximity to the Shining Sea Bikeway which was just a block away. Easy stroll to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. We did not use the indoor pool as it was crowded with families which wasn’t our vibe but they were obviously having a great time on a rainy night. Free parking a plus. We would stay here again."

"Overall, the hotel and our room were lovely. There was a large event taking place during our stay, and a significant number of younger guests from the event were gathered throughout the public areas. While completely understandable, it did make it difficult for us to enjoy those spaces. Our only real disappointment was breakfast. We needed something quick and were directed to the to-go area, but waited more than 20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. When it was made incorrectly, the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and we were made to feel as though the mistake was our fault. A little more customer-service-minded handling would have made a big difference. Aside from that experience, we had a lovely room and enjoyed our stay overall."

"Although the room was modern I was disappointed it was not exactly clean. The wooden stairs to our 2nd level room was like the saying goes “slippery when wet” The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The shuttle service was very convenient."
