"I stayed at citizenM Miami Worldcenter while I was in Miami for the aespa concert, and it was such a great choice, especially as a solo traveler. If you’re attending an event at the Kaseya Center, the location is perfect. I could actually see the venue from my hotel window, and it was only about a five-minute walk away. I’m so glad I paid a little extra to stay close to the venue. There’s nothing I hate more than leaving a concert and having to wait forever for an Uber or sitting in a parking lot for two hours trying to get out. Being able to simply walk back to my hotel after the concert was 100% worth it. The hotel is also very close to public transportation, which made getting to places like Brickell really easy. The surrounding area was nice, and I felt comfortable staying there by myself. The room was very clean, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. Almost everything in the room was controlled through an iPad, which I thought was super convenient and a nice touch. One thing to keep in mind is that the shower is somewhat see-through. It wasn’t an issue at all for me since I was traveling solo, but if you’re staying with family or friends and want more privacy, I would recommend getting separate rooms. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food, but overall I had a really good stay. I’m especially glad the Kaseya Center has such a nice hotel this close by. I would definitely stay here again if I were coming to Miami for another concert or event."

"Beware of the self parking and the valet parking fees, they are over US$60 and over US$80, per day, respectively. On my 7 night stay, I wracked up a bill of just under US$600 for parking. Also, housekeeping only services the room every other day and it’s really not a great cleaning job."
