The amenities are fantastic, and the facilities work equally well for meetings or simply relaxing. The staff is consistently excellent, always professional, and genuinely eager to help. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city, it’s truly a gold mine for food lovers. On my most recent visit, I was traveling with my wife on a layover after our anniversary trip. I accidentally left my wallet in the room, and the CitizenM team didn’t just recover it, they went above and beyond to help with the logistics of getting it back to me. That kind of care and top-notch service is what sets this hotel apart. CitizenM Brickell is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience.
