"Although our trip was short, it was the perfect place to rest before we headed to the next destination. It was clean and the staff was easy to communicate with. We definitely will be returning."

"No air conditioning in July but the altitude kept it cool enough. The restaurant was closed at this time which was disappointing especially for breakfast. It's an 'okay' place to stay."

"Spacious rooms, clean resort overall, and very nice amenities. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Typically when there are minimal to no options for dining other than the resort it can be hit or miss, but the on site restaurant was absolutely superb. We really enjoyed our stay at Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort!"
"Breakfast left a lot to be desired unless you live on coffee, it was good. Tv is terrible, keeps buffeting then quit. I spoke to a nice guy at the front desk & did what he suggested. but still keeps doing the same thing. The toilet seat is about to fall off (in need of a little TLC). the room was pretty quiet, and the staff was all nice. I just think they need someone to do a little upkeep! There are 3 hot tubs and only one worked, Kinda. "
10 Minutes To Monarch Mountain, the Arkansas River and 10 Minutes To Salida!
10/10 Excellent
"This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 adult children and their spouses. We had plenty of room to relax and spread out. The house was clean and well-stocked with all the daily necessities (soap, tp, towels, etc). The deck was amazing and had seats for all of us. The house does not have A/C but it was not a problem. During the day, they have provided 2 portable A/C units that cool the house down. And at night, we opened the windows and the breeze coming in cooled the house. We were 15 minutes from Monarch Pass/Monarch Mountain ski area, probably 15-20 minutes from the historic Salida area, and 45 minutes from the Steel Horse Ranch wedding and event venue. Lisa, the property manager, was amazing to work with. She was very responsive before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this property when staying in Salida or the Monarch Mountain area."
