"We had a pleasant stay at this property for our vacation in Melbourne. The property (3br apartment) was clean and fairly spacious and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The only complaint that we had was there was no one there when we checked out around 5am in the morning. The hotel posted a note on the reception door to call a local telephone number if checking out. We did that but it costed me international calling rates as we were from other parts of Asia. "Staff were really nice and very helpful. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Shower in the bath, found it difficult to get in and out. Black marks. Breakfast - eggs and bacon need to be cooked better. The room was comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. Overall, we were happy."
