"The room was comfortable but needed maintenance. The refrigerator didn't work, the bath tub needed upgrading, no roller in the toilet paper holder, graffiti on the signs fo the rooms, people roaming around the property, and on person actually camped out by the stairwell. One ice machine in the other building, one vending drink machine that was out of order. I will not be back."
"Reserved a non-smoking room but was told when I arrived that only rooms that were smoker-friendly were available.
What is the purpose of a reservation if the hotel cannot guarantee it?
It was later when I arrived so not much chance to book another room.
Got to the room and found that the outer window was cracked and had a hole in it.
The room was clean and provided a night's rest.
Outside, the grounds were well lighted and had several security cameras."
