The house was perfect for our whole family, children, grandchildren and niece. The three levels provided privacy if desired and the dining and living room areas gave us plenty of together time. The outside was spectacular huge yard great pool and lots of pool floaters and lots of games and fun things to do. The host responded quickly to every contact and addressed all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend especially for families with small children as the property is very safe and child friendly. If ever in This area again we will definitely try to book Dan’s house!

Fantastic family oriented home. Spacious enough for everyone, the outside shower was a hit to wash off after pool and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball court too.

My daughter had her bachelorette party here this past weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful with a stunning backyard- pool, hot tub, pickleball!! House had lots of amenities and comfortable beds.Dan was very helpful and always quick to get back to us if we had a question.Highly recommended for a girls weekend away or a family reunion!!10/10

Our stay here did not disappoint! We definitely overpacked in terms of the household items we needed. The house was neat, the pool, which was bigger than in the pictures, was clean and the pickle ball court was awesome! We literally did not need to leave the house for anything. There was so much space outside for eating, the grill and Blackstone were put to good use and so was the hot tub. It felt like we were in a resort. The backyard is super spacious, even with the pool and court. So, there was plenty of room for other activities. Dan was super nice and responsive to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

My daughter had her bachelorette weekend with her friends. They absolutely loved the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and the amenities were fantastic. They spent most of their time at the house enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend. Also the host was very available for any questions. Great stay!

This is a lovely property in a very good location. The pool, hot tub and pickleball courts are amazing and we used them all. Lots of outdoor seating and a great grill. We had a large family get together and there was space for everyone. You’re close to beaches and it’s less than 10 minutes from the Southampton jitney stop. Please note that you should bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap because what’s provided won’t last you if you’re there for a few days. We flew in from London with carry on luggage and didn’t realize we’d need to restock these items. The Hamptons really are lovely.

The property is beautiful, as advertised, with lots of things to do. Huge pool, hot tub, fire pit, and loads of outdoor seating. We used the Blackstone to cook breakfast, and it was amazing! Main floor on the inside is all brand new, and we loved the large dining room table. We had the best time! Thank you Dan!

Excellent house and amazing host!

The house was exactly as described. Excellent stay and the house was super friendly! Highly recommend for any group of friends looking to stay in the Hamptons! Pool was very nice and pickleball courts in excellent condition! Host was super friendly and helped with any questions. Bedrooms were nice and spacious! Nothing But good things to say about my stay

Amazing week and an amazing house!!

My family of five plus grandparents had an absolutely incredible week! The house itself is wonderful with a fully stocked kitchen, Roku TVs in all the bedrooms, comfortable beds and lots of towels, and then the real gem is the resort style backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire put, outdoor shower and pickleball court, and then also lots of shaded areas to relax. We spent almost all day outside enjoying it all!! Dan was an incredible host checking in on us throughout the week and quickly responding to any questions/issues we had. I highly recommend this house!!

80th Birthday Celebration

My family and I had a wonderful stay and Dan was so accommodating and so easy to work with. We had family ranging from 80 to 8 and everybody had the best time. The house is great and has everything that you need but the outside was like a 5 star private resort! Between the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, the basketball set up and the pickle ball court … we were entertained all day and all night. I highly recommend this property!

Hamptons Vacation

This property/home is beautiful! It’s spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Our family enjoyed the outdoor deck area with seating under a covered porch during the day and around a fire pit in the evening. After a day at the beach, we came back to the house for a swim in the pool, a game of ping-pong, or our favorite game of pickle ball! There’s plenty to do at this property and house to make your stay enjoyable! The owner is readily available for any questions or concerns!

Great house for family with kids

We had a wonderful week at this house! The layout was perfectly suited for our family which consists of 8 adults and 5 kids from the ages of 8 to 3. The backyard was a huge bonus for us! The pool was what we needed for the kids who don't last that long at the beach and want to be outside from the minute they wake up. We also loved the pickleball court and even got in a family tournament! The owner was very responsive and accommodating!!

Perfect home for large family getaway

We chose this property for a family getaway with 8 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 1-14. The outdoor space was the selling feature for us. We took full advantage of the beautiful pool and hot tub. If the kids got bored of that (which they really didn’t) they had plenty of other options of entertainment to choose from (pickle ball, basketball, soccer and ping pong). The outdoor seating areas and kitchen worked so perfectly for our group. Dan was a responsive host and really thought of everything guests would need. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances and gadgets we needed for cooking home 4 out of our 5 nights. Linens were also provided which was a huge plus. The bedroom downstairs housed our older kids but definitely ran warm. Dan was kind enough to come over and install fans which helped with air flow but if you or your child runs warm, it wasn’t the most comfortable sleeping temperature. We really enjoyed our stay and the house made our family trip quite memorable.

Wedding Week

I rented Dan's property for my family to stay in for my wedding in Bridgehampton. Dan was an excellent host and his house/yard was a great place to stay. Only small note is that the pool never felt as though it was heated.

Perfect for Families!

We were very happy with our family’s experience renting this lovely house over the summer! The house was very clean and suited our extended family of 9 and 2 dogs extremely well. We were welcomed by Dan the owner upon arrival and it was a nice touch that he was available to give us a guided tour and answer any questions before our stay began. He even left us ingredients for S’mores which we thoroughly enjoyed one night around the firepit. The fenced in backyard was absolutely perfect for the kids and dogs. Any down time the kids could be found enjoying the resort like pool and hot tub area surrounded by a brand new trex deck. It was great that this area also had a fence around the perimeter of the pool which avoided any chance of the dogs potentially jumping in. In addition to the pool area, the kids loved playing on the custom basketball court everyday as they love to hoop. The central location of the house was another big plus and it felt like everything we normally do when vacationing in the Hamptons was just a short drive away. Overall a great experience and will definitely consider a future return visit to Dan’s house!

Family Memories / Awesome pool!

Our family had an awesome stay! The absolute best part about this home was the amazing outdoor spaces. The front porch, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, covered patio area, dining veranda and fire pit were a hit with our crew. The owner, Dan, thought of every detail and was extremely accommodating. He communicated with us promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was immaculate and included sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. There was plenty to do for the kids - with lots of sport activities and a diving board. This was a truly relaxing family vacation where we made lots of memories!!!

Great Place/Backyard for an Active Family

Property was great. Clean, updated. Great kitchen and backyard. Kids loved the pool, basketball court, soccer net and all the space in the backyard while the adults enjoyed the deck space. Perfect place for hitting the beach during the day and barbecuing and jumping in the pool and hot tub afterwards. Our stay ended too soon.

Wonderful resort

We were a large family group with many young children. There was plenty of space for us and the backyard was great. All kinds of sports equipment was provided; the pool was lovely and kept the children very happy. The house was cool and comfortable; air conditioning worked flawlessly.
