"This lodge is magical. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful break this lodge has got everything. Built with passion and love. It’s quirky and you don’t need for anything. About a 6 min walk to the local shops pubs and restaurants. Paul and Jude were fantastic hosts. Aim to please . "

"Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special. The cabin is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. I think the local cider and homemade chocolate brownies was a really nice touch. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat with your partner with amazing views of the countryside then this is the place for you. Will definitely be back. Our two chocolate Labradors...

"We were welcomed by the owner, she is extremely lovely and kind. She took time to show us round, explaining how to use the log burner and hot tub. We had an issue while there with the Wi-Fi not working and she responded to us straight away and sorted it for us very quickly. The lodge itself is beautiful and spacious. "check in was awesome, even though we arrived later than originally expected. Room was great, beds comfortable. My only concern has been that when I booked I didn't pick up the fact that our room did not have an ensuiite bathroom."
