"Best family holiday for years. Nice touches here and there. If you arrived with nothing in the middle of the night you’d cope what with the spare/extra food and household essentials. Great to not have to be concerned about bedding or towels. Sorry we ended up with 3 towels in our laundry. Will launder and return. The views are amazing. The loch warm enough to swim in. And fish. "The accommodation was fine. Perfectly adequate. What was annoying is that my debit card was charged an additional amount, above the Expedia price, on the day I arrived. I pointed this out and as told it was a mistake and it would be refunded. It still hasn't been, 6 weeks later, and my emails/telephone calls go unanswered. Not good, Polochar Inn. Not good. "
