"First off I needed to do a load of laundry after driving a long distance and the machines didn’t work. They have no one to service it at night. They need a plan for that 24/7. We got to our room and it looked ok at first glance but here is what I observed. Our comforter had a hole in it. There was a stain on a pillow case. The shower tiles looked dirty and the flooring looked gross. The wall by the door had something spilled on it which was not from us. The carpet was gross and dirty looking....

"This was my 1st stay at Marriot Tulsa Southern Hills. I can not give enough stars. From Check In to Check out, the staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. I would most like to give kudos to Justine at the front desk and Denzell for shuttle service. Justine was knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Denzell was on time and quick to respond to my local request and airport shuttle. The airport shuttle is a big plus as well as the local shuttle access within 5 miles. Everything...
