"The person at the front desk was curt and dismissive, with no explanations as to where our room was. However, the cleaning staff was friendly, and did a good job with what they had to work with. The carpet was pretty dirty….needs a good shampoo. The bed was comfortable,the water was hot, and the ac was cold."

"The room smelled like mildew. No pool , pool had trash,pool chairs stacked up in a trash pile.Ac didn't work properly. Staff was nice, but not clean. Everything was misrepresented about this hotel. Hotels. Com you need to check on these properties you so proudly put out there "

"The hotel in general was very nice and clean as was the room. And there was an unexpected and nice personalized message on the TV when we walked in to the room. That's a very nice touch! Very comfortable bed and clean and beautiful bathroom."

"Had to ask for a new room. Found roaches and bathroom was disgusting. New room also had roaches. Do not stay here."

"The tubs are rusty, but it was clean overall. The wifi is only good in half the building. Good luck trying to stream much. The tv sucked. The pillows feel like they folded up some towels and put them in a pillow case. One bed was decent. The other bed, you could feel the springs in your back. The continental breakfast is meh and the waffles tasted like cardboard. Just need a place to sleep and not picky, yeah I guess it could work."
