Very good view and very convenient to walk to the beach. It is perfect for a family with two children.

Great location for beach, restaurants and shops. Two pools and a hot tub. Breakfast buffet was great. Would recommend. Hotel is right on the tram line which makes it simple to get to south broadbeach or the other way to main beach.
