"Although the temps soared to the high 80s in Glacier National Park during the days, the evenings were cooler and there was a fan to move the still air in our room. The quaint old hotel was the first built by the railroad to transport guests from the east to the new national park and it is still a perfect accommodation, even without TV and A/C!"

"We loved our stay here for 3 nights while going to the East side of Glacier Park. The owner is very nice and extremely accomodating and also had a neat little art studio. While it is only the 2 cabins now I bet when they done the tipis and all it was a neat learning experience. Traveling out west I pretty much knew what to expect as far as a very open plain area. "It was a very nice place. Everything we needed. It’s situated and east glacier which has a large majority Indian population. A lot of the neighborhood is pretty rundown and there’s dogs running around. Our state went very well. The property was very nice."

"Thankful for a hot shower after hiking. Be aware you cannot drink the water. Be sure to bring jugs/bottles of water. Only 15 minutes from the Two Medicine entrance. There is a train close by that is loud, but we were exhausted after spending the day in GNP"

"If you want a simple room that allows you to have a base camp for hiking or sightseeing, this is the place for you. The kitchen and bathroom were basic and highly functional. The bed was incredibly comfortable. People would pay hundreds of dollars to see the spectacular sunset views of the easternmost mountains of Glacier National Park.
